that isn't a parking lot. that is a main road consisting of three lanes in one direction, six lanes total. over on the royal fields is a Buddhist prayer ceremony going on, so people had to have a place to park their cars. also, just down the street, the elitists have an anti-government protest area set aside, so I think some cars belong to them.
