  • Blood Red Moon

    with a right cross stance
    they began their dance
    under a full red moon
    and he took his chance
    at lasting romance
    under a full red moon

    he spoke the words right
    but she felt uptight
    under the full red moon
    she wished him good night
    then blew out the light
    under the full red moon

    he shed her blood
    turned the snow to mud
    under the full red moon
    now spring flowers bloom
    where she met her doom
    under the full red moon

    now he thinks he's free
    chasing liberty
    under the full red moon
    but her brother's here
    and their deaths are near
    under the blood red moon

  • Gruesome and chilling - that blood red moon and this poem. Well executed. Is this part of Leah's winter scavenger hunt?

  • @murisopsis: no, it isn't. just something I wrote after Tai Chi class was over. I was waiting for my ride to get finished with his Wing Chun class.

where can I learn more about Leah's winter scavenger hunt?

  • Wonderful poem; Like a story, with visuals.
